Position Title
Statewide Food and Ag Specialist with Colorado State University Extension

Bio

I serve as a Statewide Food and Agriculture Specialist with Colorado State University Extension, where I work at the intersection of agriculture, food systems, and community development across Colorado. My current work focuses on strengthening regional food systems, supporting agricultural producers and processors, advancing workforce and supply chain resilience, and leading applied research on topics including regenerative agriculture, entrepreneurship, food safety, and local market development.  

Who we are

We are a group of researchers looking at how to make agriculture and food systems more just and sustainable. We study the ways that political, economic, and social structures influence the resiliency and fairness of our food systems throughout the value chain from production to consumption. Our work has a particular emphasis on California and Latin America.
